On the occasion of the Tsagaan Sar (Lunar New Year) that we prepare to celebrate together with our Mongolian friends and in which we find similar customs and traditions, I would like to congratulate the people of Mongolia on behalf of the members of the Turkish Embassy and on my own. Hoping that the New “Horse Year” which marks also the 45th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Mongolia creates an opportunity for further development of bilateral relations, I wish that it will bring health, much happiness and well-being to the people of Mongolia.
